  • How do I search and buy a domain?

    Use the search on the home page to check availability and price. Add the domain to your cart, complete checkout, and pay. After payment succeeds, registration is processed automatically when your registrar is configured.

  • Where do I manage DNS and nameservers?

    Sign in and open Dashboard → Domains. Select your domain to view or update nameservers and DNS records where your account has access.

  • I paid but my domain is not showing yet

    Registration can take a short time after payment. If it does not appear within a reasonable period, contact us with your checkout or session ID from the receipt or complete page so we can trace the order.

  • How do I renew a domain?

    Renewals are handled through your registrar and dashboard when renewal features are enabled. If you are unsure whether a domain is due, open the domain detail page or email us with the domain name.

  • Transfers and WHOIS privacy

    Transfer steps depend on your current registrar (auth code, unlock). WHOIS privacy is applied where the TLD and registrar support it. Ask us if you need help with a specific extension.
