Terms of service

Last updated: March 25, 2026. These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SabyDomain (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

We provide tools to search for, register, and manage domain names and related services, subject to availability, registry policies, and third-party systems outside our control.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

Domain registration

Registration is subject to registry and ICANN rules, including WHOIS accuracy, renewal, dispute, and transfer policies. Fees, renewal dates, and eligibility vary by extension. We are not liable for refusal or loss of a domain by a registry or registrar beyond our reasonable control.

Fees and payment

Prices shown before checkout are binding for that transaction unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes and registry fees may apply. Refunds follow our published refund rules and payment provider terms where applicable.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the Service.
  • No interference with security, availability, or other users’ use of the Service.
  • No attempt to probe, scan, or exploit systems without authorization.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Saby Infotech operates the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections require otherwise.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we process personal data.
